If it is implemented well, threat intelligence can help you to achieve:

–> Ensure you to stay up to date with the often overwhelming volume of threats, including methods, vulnerabilities, targets and bad actors.

–> Help you to become more proactive about future cybersecurity threats.

–> Keep leaders, stakeholders and users informed about the latest threats and repercussions they could have on the business.

With cyber threat intelligence, organizations gain a deeper understanding of threats and respond to the concerns of the business more effectively.

    CTI is important now, because:

1.cyber threats are getting more sophisticated.

2.number of threats and types of threats are increasing.

3.organizations face a shortage of sufficient skilled professionals.

CTI solutions gather information about emerging or existing threats or threat actors from different sources. Then the Collected data is analyzed and filtered to produce threat intelligence. And this will be used by automated security control solutions. The type of security purpose is to keep organization informed of advanced persistent threat, zero-day threats and exploits, and how to protect against them.

CTI is an essential capability in an organization security program. CTI can enable better-informed security and business decisions, and take decisive action to protect their users, data and reputation against adversaries when it used properly. CTI not only reduces the risk of costly security breaches but it also helps organization align security spending with their requirements.
